Helpdesk Technician - Entry Level

We are presently searching for a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst for our established national major communications client, located in Orangeburg, New York.

Must have one to two years experience of the following:

Prior phone technical support to end-users requiring assistance with Outlook 2000, Windows 2000, VPN support in a variety of Company applications including domain and mainframe password resets. Log accurate records of all incoming calls using the Remedy call tracking system. Any prior customer service with high volume phone experience is also a plus.

Must have strong knowledge and experience in:
PC and troubleshooting skills
A working knowledge of MS/DOS, MS/Windows
This is a 24x7x365 operation and schedule flexibility is a must
Nights and weekends may be required.

Any prior experience working with:
Network Service Center, Telecommunications, Operations, PC/LAN/WAN, Desktop issues, Information Security and Application Support Teams is a plus.
