Hr Analyst - Systems Administration

Job Description: Our HR Analyst is responsible for administration, end user support, training and troubleshooting of HR applications, to include the applicant tracking system, learning management system, and the contingent labor management system.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide first level end user support and administration for HR, Recruiting, and Talent Management systems


Respond to inquiries relevant to application usage, access requests and password maintenance

Troubleshoot systems to isolate and diagnose system problems; resolve or escalate technical problems and/or issues as they arise

Manage system data change requests by validating requests, seeking further approval, making changes where access and remit allows, and directing user to end user controlled changes


Participate in UAT and provide system design feedback


Provide basic training to clients and direction to relevant job aid information

Liaise with IT to resolve technical bugs


Generate reports


Look for ways to enhance or improve systems or processes; prepare enhancement recommendations for development and/or modification of systems and/or processes


Implement requirements for application and/or system customization based on approved objectives provided by HR management


Monitor direct hire and temporary staffing process and activities


Play key role in system enhancement rollout

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelors degree desired; equivalent combination of education and work experience required


Minimum of 1 year of HR Systems coordination and support


minimum of 2 years progressive administration, business and/or HR experience


Familiarity and working knowledge of databases and enterprise solution applications, especially human resource, recruiting and learning solution / information systems


Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make recommendations


Strong multi-tasking and deadline achievement skills with the ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced high volume environment


Strong understanding of HR business processes and flows


Strong basic understanding of IT concepts


Strong customer-service oriented approach with excellent follow-up skills
