DST Systems, Inc is looking for a Human Factors Specilaist for our Kansas City location. Human Factors Specialists apply fundamental human factors principles, standards, and methods to basic user interface analyses and evaluations. Human Factors Specialists recognize and correct design induced end-user performance problems.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a Master's Degree or PhD in Post-secondary education in applied Experimental Psychology or Human Factors; 3 full-time years of applicable Human Computer Interaction analysis, design, and evaluation experience; Ability to demonstrate highly effective teamwork and collaborative skills.
