Interact with users to gather business requirements.
-Provides hands on SABRIX knowledge to implement the Bolt-On software in our SAP environment.
-Provide subject matter expertise in all tax related issues both in SAP and Bolt-On tool.
-Perform hands on tax configuration in both SAP and Bolt-On systems.
-Define business processes and implement process flows.
-Develop business process documentation and provide user training.
-Trouble shoots process issues, determines root cause and provides problem resolution.
-Monitors and maintains operational readiness of tax environment and provides 24/7 supports on as-needed basis.
-Occasionally travels to provide training, receive training or attend user seminars
-Coordinates Beta program activities for Bolt-On software and performs initial testing.

This position is filled with rewarding challenges and considerable variety presented by the Financial systems of North America's largest refiner. You will build and support enterprise wide tax bolt-on software that seamlessly integrates with SAP application system that is critical to the on going success of a major corporation. You will team with highly talented and motivated cross functional team consisting of FI, HR,MM and SD experts in developing and implementing various business process with special emphasis on Tax. You will be the subject matter expert in Sales Tax, Use Tax, VAT, SABRIX, ExSTARS, 1099's and integrating tax applications with SAP.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Minimum of five years IT experience required. Experience must consist of Tax Bolt-On tools like SABRIX,, VAT, Sales Tax, Use Tax, ExSTARS, SAP FI, CO and integration knowledge with other modules like HR, MM, and SD. This individual will team with highly talented and motivated cross functional team consist of FI, HR,MM and SD experts in developing and implementing various business process with special emphasis on Tax. Additionally, this individual will be the subject matter expert in Sales Tax, Use Tax, VAT, SABRIX, ExSTARS, 1099 and integrating tax applications with SAP SAP ERP2005 version experience is preferred. Strong communication skills coupled with project management skill are important.

CANDIDATES WITH GREATER QUALIFICATIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR A HIGHER LEVEL POSITION.
