ICS Integration Manager

Amkor Technology is currently looking for an ICS Integration Manager for our Chandler, AZ office. The primary function of this position is the leadership and management of an Application Integration Development Team. This position is responsible for directing support of application integration with Java, XML, DB2/400, Oracle, Web and other platforms utilizing SOA and ESB. Additionally, this position will coordinate and manage contractors and perform related technical management activities pertaining to on-time project completion and production support.

 

Major responsibilities of this position include:

 Participate in the definition and development of requirements and work flow scenarios such that formal specifications and programming can be achievedSupervise and review proposed solutions, program development and implementationAssist in selecting appropriate platforms and technologies to support programming logic and database requirements of target projectPerform risk mitigation, analysis and planning related to upgrades, performance improvements, conversions etcAssist in standardization of data, automation and project deliveriesParticipate in resource allocation reviews and statusingResource alignment and managementTechnical liaisonCoordination and communication of application performance reportingTechnical management of contractors and staff throughout the various project stages (Design, Program, Test, Rollout etc.)Participate/coordinate/support upgrades, future architecture, designs, requirements, etc.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

This position requires an Associates degree and 4-6 of related experience preferably with supervisory, technical team or leadership experience.

 

The following skills and attributes are desired:

 Hands-on knowledge of J2EE, including servlets, JSP, JAX, EJB, JMS, JNDI, WebSphere and JBoss. Some knowledge of ColdFusion is desirable.XML including DTD, Schema, XSL/XSLT. Familiarity with RosettaNet a plus.Integration experience with emphasis on SOA, ESB, ETL, and process orchestrationExperience with CrossVision Service Orchestrator a plus.Ability to prepare/review functional designs and recommend preferred technical solutions for business process objectives/projects.Ability to prepare and review detailed programming specifications based on either general design prepared by system analyst or direct user contact.Ability to review code and develop specifications supporting system interfaces, system integration, and web applications.Ability to prepare, conduct and supervise a comprehensive programming test plan.Ability to manage a team as well as work effectively as a team member.Ability to adhere to, maintain, enhance, and enforce department technical and administrative standards.Ability to follow and enforce formal project methodology.Ability to champion and lead technological change (e.g. WEB based GUI)
Ability to select and supervise contractors as well as perform contractor evaluations.Knowledge and ability to drive Project Management Phases/Deliveries and Release Management pertaining to technical support in an international environment.

 

This position requires 10% domestic and 10% international travel.
