We have 2 IIS/Apache Administrator contract openings at our customer site, a leading high technology company.



1. Req # 57218 Administrator(APACHE, BEA Web, IIS, HP-UX), 6 Months, Houston, TX.



Qualifications:



Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience Formal technical training and industry certifications (Microsoft, Other)

Strong knowledge of web application hosting technologies including:

Windows 2000, & 2003 Operating Systems, all versions of IIS, HTTP and HTTPS and content load balancing TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SSL, PKI, firewalls, load balancers, and website monitoring

Excellent team player with good consulting skills, outstanding customer service & communications skills

Proven ability to multi-task and manage risk

Proven ability in metrics preparation and analysis

Leadership qualities: Integrity, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Deadline management

Two years of web hosting infrastructure or web technology experience



Hiring Manager Comments: must have

Troubleshooting skills

project management

IIS, APACHE administration (install, configuration, troubleshooting)

Siteminder (single sign on) expertise

BEA Weblogic administration

Knowledge on system resource consumption and how to troubleshoot (disk, memory and CPU)
