IMAC Admin /Computer Operator Position

The IMAC Admin Position Includes, But Is Not Limited To:
Project Management
? Receiving and processing computer related requests, via email, from our client?s customers
? Obtaining any missing information from the end user or their Computer User Rep (CURep).
? Confirming the request has the necessary approvals to proceed
? Entering requests into the customer's project management system (PMS).
? Providing status to the end user or CURep
? Tracking projects from inception to completion to ensure timeliness
? Handling calls from Techs in the field, with questions, changes & updates to projects
Customer Management
? Maintaining a physical presence for will-call customers at the counter
? Training customers in the use of the loaner laptops and projectors
? Maintaining the IMAC phone presence and voicemail.
Material Management
? Entering and/or updating items in customer's configuration and asset tracking database (PMS)
? Maintaining standard lists of products as requested
? Working closely with the logistics personnel performing the following:
? Ordering and receiving materials
? Issuing product to Technicians
? Processing the Salvage paperwork and updating PMS with Salvage status of old items

A Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Skills:
? Excellent customer service skills in person, on the phone and in email. Patience, persistence and tactfulness are required.
? General knowledge of computer components and peripherals
? Basic keyboarding skills
? Familiarity with email, Lotus Notes is a plus
? Familiarity working with online forms and database forms
? MS Word and Excel.
