INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER

Richmond Metropolitan Authority is recruiting for an INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER.? This position is a key member of a small IS Department responsible for planning and providing network administration and user support.? The RMA?s IS environment consists of a Microsoft Windows 2000 domain on a wide area network.? Network environments include TCP/IP, and fast ethernet for 50 metro area users on Windows XP and 2000 workstations.? IS staff supports applications such as Microsoft Office Professional, Kronos Timekeeper Central, AccPac Pro Series and ABRA Suite.? The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:? Required knowledge of? Microsoft products including: 2000 server administration on TCP/IP networks with DHCP & WINS,? Windows Exchange 2003.? Knowledge of Citrix or Provision Terminal Server helpful. Cisco Routers, Firewalls and VOIP telephone systems experience a plus.? B.S. Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred along with 4+ years of experience in the development, implementation and administration of Information Technology including one year of supervisory experience or equivalent.?
