INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) STAFF CONSULTANT / ANALYST

The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in fundamental program and project management concepts with experience of applying Information Technology (IT) to daily business solutions.  They must be capable of independently analyzing information, evaluating problems and develop appropriate corrective actions. This position requires experience in producing and executing program plans for assigned projects with close coordination with the program manager.  This individual will perform technical writing, as well as produce critical end-item deliverables, include but not limited to preparing detailed program briefs, high level detailing analysis from a technical and program management standpoint.  Strong oral and written communication is absolutely required.  Additionally, standard office automation tools are used daily to perform complex data analysis.This position requires candidates have a four-year Degree from an accredited college or university and an active DOD secret clearance.  Candidates with experience with Department of the Navy and in particular the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) program is a benefit.
