We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Frederick, MD facility as a Information Technology Engineer.The Information Technology Engineer will provide development and maintenance of web-based data collection and reporting information systems for Frederick manufacturing operations. This includes design and management of database server, web server, and all hardware associated with manufacturing data network. Information Technology Engineer will work closely with Process Engineering Team to develop the tools necessary to establish and maintain very tight process control of Frederick manufacturing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
? Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based IT applications for both collecting and reporting of manufacturing data.
? Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based IT applications for enabling measurement and control of manufacturing processes (including application of real-time Statistical Process Control).
? Coordinate training of necessary personnel for all new IT applications.
? Design, implement and maintain database server (MS SQL Server)
? Maintain documentation of manufacturing information systems including contents of database server and web server.
? Maintain all miscellaneous hardware devices associated with manufacturing data network.
? Work with local engineering teams to define and develop data collection systems and network projects.
? Manage capital-intensive IT projects utilizing CVP Process.

Qualified candidates will have:
? 3+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Web based programs.
? Microsoft Certifications : MCP, MCP+I, MCSE preferred.
? 3+ Years experience with Active Server Pages/Visual Interdev.
? 3+ Years experience designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases.
? 2+ Years experience working with MS SQL Server 7 or MS SQL Server 2000.
? Strong programming background with direct experience in Oracle, Java, SQL, Visual Basic and .Net Web, C, C++, HTML and XML
? Technical training and experience, i.e. technician, electrician, engineer.

Bachelor?s or master?s in Computer Engineering, MIS or related field preferred. Experience working in a mnufacturing industry a plus.
