Promote communication excellence with Choice Hotels International, a leading franchiser of MainStay Suites, Rodeway Inn, EconoLodge and other popular brands, with over 5,000 locations worldwide. We seek a Spanish-fluent, technology-minded intern to enhance content on our websites. For this 6-month internship, you will code XML documents, translate content copy and graphics, and review code, testing and debugging as needed. Duties include assisting with defining requirements and code scoping.

We will say ?Magnifico!? if you possess:

? WRITTEN and SPOKEN FLUENCY IN SPANISH and the ABILITY TO TRANSLATE INTO ENGLISH

? A Bachelor?s degree (Info. Systems, Business Management, or related field)

? Experience with HTML 4.0, CSS 2.0, FTP, Unix vi Editor, Windows NT/2000/XP, plus file and directory management

? Excellent communication, writing, editing, organizational and analytical skills

? The preferred candidate will have experience with XML/XSL, schema definition and taxonomy data structuring.
