We seek an organized, self-motivated professional to join our Santa Ana, CA team. As a Business Analyst, you would evaluate various customized applications. In addition, you would work cross-functionally with other teams providing post support for new product implementations. Your distinct problem-solving abilities would be important in this role. Primary responsibilities include:
Acting as the liaison between the end user and Information Technology (IT) department
Supporting various applications, including post support of a newly implemented application
Working with internal customers to analyze, troubleshoot and resolving reported problem/issues
Triaging issues to the development team
Transforming high level requests into relational data
The candidate must have Business Analyst experience. A background in test case writing or development is a must. Experience in related healthcare, managed care, acute setting, long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred. Clinical knowledge would be an asset. IT experience would be valued. A background in web-based applications is desired. Working knowledge of SQL software is a plus along with knowledge of relational databases. Project management experience is also a bonus. MS Visio skills are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary. A Bachelors’ degree is favored; equivalent work experience will be considered.
