IS Business Analyst Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Business Analyst Manager who would enjoy working for an international organization in a diverse and exciting environment. The Business Analyst Manager  would have the opportunity to work with Enterprise level, state of the art technology working with large complex projects.

The Business Analyst Manager must possess strong leadership skills and possess excellent people skills. A strong background in mentoring and coaching as well as strong team building skills and experience are necessary to accomplish the responsibilities of this position. Facilitation and negotiating experience will be required and needed to perform the responsibilities of this position. The Business Analyst Manager will manage a team of 4 to 5 business analysts. Management or Lead or Project Management experience over a team of Business Analysts is necessary experience for this position.

The successful candidate must have a solid background as a Business Analyst in an Information Systems environment, including strong requirements gathering and requirements documentation. Further, strong and extensive experience with RUP will be required to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position. Hands on experience with SDLC, JAD, and UML and Use Case development is further required. A solid background with IS Enterprise level projects is necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.

 

A Bachelor's Degree in IS, Finance, or Business required.
