This position will be responsible for a broad range of projects:
Definition, management and implementation of system projects.
Completion of assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
Project portfolio tracking and reporting at a division level.
Project status tracking and reporting at a division level.
Facilitate project staffing across the division.
Project management of projects including scope, scale and complexity.
Manage impact of change to project plans.
Development of scope/definition for projects.
Develop project schedules.
Manage adherence to project schedules.
Assist in obtaining funding agreement from management for project.
Report project measurement results to sponsor and stakeholders.
Ensure team members and management understand roles, responsibilities and resource time requirements.
Resolve resource issues.
Monitor project risks, and implement risk response strategies.
Facilitate project level meetings.
Provide written status reports to project sponsor and stakeholders.



Requirements:
Project management skills training.
1 + years experience in Project Management. 4 + years experience in one or more areas of business or IS.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required, computer or business related field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required; MS Project a plus.
Solid planning and organization skills.
