Responsibilities for this position include the ability to identify, research and resolve technical problems; install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain operating systems, application software, and related utilities to provide efficient and minimal downtime; maintain a proficient understanding of application software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and McAfee VirusScan; perform nightly server backups; ensure backup tapes are secured; provide procurement of new systems; maintain inventory of all hardware and software; perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Requirements include one to three years in a Microsoft Windows environment, preferably with a multi-office company, minimum undergraduate or equivalent technical degree in Computer Technology, experience in providing quality customer care and in personnel supervision. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced in providing quality customer care. Ability to work with a team environment with minimal supervision. Willing to work additional off-hours as required. Some travel, including over weekends, may be necessary on occasion.
