Job Responsibilities:



Plans for, governs, assigns and manages the Endevor Code Migration for a critical application system.

Coordinates migration with other systems when there is cross-application impact. 

Assists in developing strategies to solve complex problems in the delivery process as part of system development cycle. 

Evaluates progress and results with users and recommends changes in procedures.

May have duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other applications systems.

Provides technical leadership in the area of Endevor methodologies and Code Management in a concurrent development SDLC for a Mainframe application.

Sound knowledge of UHG Endevor implementation with these areas in mind:


Ideas toward working with a large and complex application.

Management around migrating code (code delivery) from onshore and offshore resources.

Training for Librarians as well as developer community.

Experience with working to enhance communications with interfacing mainframe areas. 



Job Qualifications:


BS degree in computer or business related field or equivalent experience.

May prefer/require advanced degree.

3+ years of significant experience in Endevor planning and application.

Lead technical specialist in the Endevor Code Management Tool.

Expert knowledge of the Endevor tool as it relates to large and complex Mainframe systems.

Advanced understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to projects.

Has well-developed leadership qualities.

Ability to provide objective, analytical evaluation of staff and their work product.

Effective coach and mentor to management and staff personnel.

Strong work ethic, independence and dependability.

Able to highlight issues/problems and convey complex thoughts, written and oral, in a clear, concise, timely manner.
