Responsibilities include:

. Provide SAP X 3.0I, Websphere ESB/WPS 6.0 development  and support 24X7 support which includes development, software management, problem detection, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, managing upgrades, patches and fixes.
. Support the development of the end to end global support model
. Build active partnership with Solution Delivery teams
. Maintain and improve the Middleware enterprise-wise technical architecture
. Develop technology standards, polices and principles
. Provide application design and deployment guidelines for Solutions
This position will need to identify reliable technical architecture, simplify solutions, take initiative and be result oriented and have effective communication skills.

Position requirements:
. College degree in Computer Science, MIS
. 2-3 years of  experience developing on IBM WBI and Websphere Application Server. Experience with WPS/ESB 6.0
. 2 years of experience with SAP XI
. Desirable 1-2 years experience with IBM Websphere MQ, Websphere Application Server, Websphere Bussiness Integrator, Websphere Broker Integrator
. 5+ years of software development experience on a variety of platforms including but not limited to MVS Cobol, Unix C/C++, Java, XML, Visual-Basic utilizing IMS, DB2, Oracle or SQL Server DBMS
. Results oriented, multi-tasks, works well within a dynamic and fast paced environment, adapts easily to change, and works well as a team member or individual contributor
