Provide day-to-day managerial and technical guidance to the existing CDG NorCal IT organization. Develop and manage operational expense budget of approximately $2M and annualized capital budgets approaching $1M. Ensure all applicable policies and procedures are followed. Work closely with internal customers in Northern California to optimize processes.

BA/BS degree or equivalent in Information Systems/Computer Science or Engineering. 6+ years managerial experience within a regulated manufacturing environment. 4 years experience with the deployment of high complexity/high risk ERP installations in a regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge/experience with BaaN manufacturing and order to cash systems required. 3 years experience analyzing and developing business processes. 2 years experience managing complex projects. Ability to work with the management team to address issues on a local as well as regional basis. Ability to operate ina high pressure environment with little guidance. Excellent communicator throughout all levels of the organization. Ablity to balance numerous conflicting schedules and demands while ensureing that our longer term goals are met. Ability to translate business requirements into system applications and processes.
