Regarded internally and/or externally as a subject matter expert. Proactively manages relationships between the IT organization and the business unit(s). Assists business unit with identifying and prioritizing mission critical systems and applications needs. Translates the business unit needs into requirements. Accommodates existing service improvement plans/programs. Represents IT capabilities, limitations and innovation to the business units.

This position supports the Indirect Retail Channel for Sprint Nextel, which includes our sales presence in all third party locations (local dealers, Best Buy, RadioShack, Costco, others), one of the company's primary revenue streams.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a progressive career in driving to a positive completion of goals and matrix managing others to achieve high results, will have held roles that which required proactive leadership, written/verbal communication and strong negotiation skills.
