IT/Administrative Support is an entry level IT position for an individual with a strong computer background who can operate Windows based business software. Must have technical trouble-shooting skills to assist in the maintenance and enhancement of CMC's IT systems and database. Duties include supporting, developing, testing and managing the day-to-day operational application and website.  Candidate must be familiar with PC platforms and operating systems.  Will trouble-shoot computer related issues, manage the maintenance of office equipment and assist in data backup procedures and custom report writing.  Will also manage daily network tape backups and restore requests.  Admin support includes assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of workstations, printers, copiers, and postage and fax machines.  Qualifications include experience with various software packages, knowledge of networks and strong database management skills. HTML knowledge and/or experience a plus.  Must be organized, thorough, detail oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
