Job Description: Provide analysis and design modeling for the next generation of Enterprise Integration / Services for Walt Disney Theme Parks and Resorts. This position would be responsible for the detailed analysis and design, using UML models, for services that will support internal and external clients. This position will be expected to facilitate and deliver on business needs in many functional areas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum 2+ years Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), web services experience

Proven experience with design/modeling tools or techniques such as UML, Rational and RSM

Proven experience with business process modeling

Proven strong knowledge and background in developing multi-tier architectures utilizing industry standard

Proven familiarity with analysis tools such as caliber, Requisite Pro ect.

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well with others in a cross-discipline, virtual team, environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2+ years of experience with Object-oriented analysis and design

Minimum 1+ years experience utilizing Rational Rose modeling tools, or equivalent

Proven experience working on large and/or multiple projects

Proven strong background with J2EE

Proven strong background in Eclipse including RSM and/or WSAD

Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
