IT Applications Analyst /ASP.Net Developer - (SL03491)

Perform a variety of independent analysis, design, development, documentation, and problem-solving assignments related to applications technologies that includes large-scale systems and integrated workflow process solutions. Requirements include analysis, design, development, and testing of software solutions using VB.NET, Visual Basic 6, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and integration with third-party systems. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage projects throughout the software development lifecycle, including estimation, budget, schedule, management reviews, user training, and system documentation.
Requirements: BS degree in Computer Science (or other technical area) and 2-4 years of additional relevant experience. A clear understanding of Microsoft tools and technologies (i.e., VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server), architecture alternatives, and implementation details with solid hands-on technical experience is required. Successful candidate will have exceptional problem solving and decision-making capabilities, including troubleshooting technical issues, successfully resolving project issues and challenges, and developing creative solutions for process improvement. Excellent communication skills, including technical writing, presentation skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are required as the successful candidate will interact customers and demonstrate analytical and problem solving abilities. MCSD or MCAD certification is a plus. Seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, dependable and multi-task oriented.
