Installs, configures, upgrades, maintains, and repairs workstations, printers, peripheral devices, and software at multiple locations.Education / ExperienceAssociates Degree or equivalent experience.A+ Certification (preferred).QualificationsPrevious experience in an IT environment.Outstanding customer service skills.Detail-oriented with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInstalls and configures workstations, software, printers, and peripheral devices.Provides end users support for workstation operating system, hardware and network issues.Provides support for Microsoft Office suite, web browsers, anti-virus, file management, and back-up system.Installs, configures, upgrades, maintains, repairs or replaces, and documents hardware and software systems.Assists with Network Admin projects as needed.Other duties as required.

 

Required Skills

 

Current Versions of the following:Windows 2000 & XP Clients.Familiarity with TCP/IP, network routing protocols, connectivity protocols and broadband technologies.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Professional and mature interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction through workstations systems integrity and reliability.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.Self motivated.Periodic after-hour support for system upgrades to ensure business continuity.Dependable Team Player.

 CAD Software support, specifically AutoCAD & MicroStation.Support of Engineering / Technical professionals.Track-It! Help Desk software.
