IT Audit Manager

IT Audit Manager: 5+ years IT Audit exp, Sarbanes- Oxley 404. Strong exp with Oracle Financials entire suite.
As a member of the Sox 404 project team, partner with IT IA Director and work with Senior Management within business units to identify potential risks within the business operations, document and test controls for design and operating effectiveness. Provide suggestions to Management fregarding control deficiencies and potential solutions. Conduct technical IT control reviews on a variety of applications, operating systems, databases and networks. Lead audits of the activities of various departments for compliance with plans, policies and procedures. Prepare detailed audit recommendations and effectively and persuasuvely communicate findings to obtain adaquate managment action plans to correct findings. Participate with IT IA Director in the correct findings. Participate with IT IA director in the annual risk assessment processes to refresh annual audit plan.

CISA or CISSP designation a plus




Bachelors Degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance or related area.
5+ years experience in IT audit
Sarbanes-Oxley 404. Experience auditing telecommunications, databases, internet, security, and applications controls. Ability to deal with people at all levels of the corporate structure and demonstrated ablility to work independently and achieve results.
Strong exp with Oracle Financials entire suite a must. AP/AR etc.
