Join our team!   IT Auditor IV  Position Summary: Leads audits often in more complex areas to provide management with independent assurance that appropriate controls are in place and functioning as intended by performing operational, technical, application, and system development life cycle audits.  Assists independent external auditors and Board of Governors' audit staff. Assists IT Audit manager with training and guidance of less experienced auditors.   Responsibilities: Supervises or performs audits of general controls and software application controls and presents findings to management; Supervises or performs monitoring of the application development process for information system projects; Assists other IT auditors, other audit teams, and Board of Governors examiners; Develops automation tools to facilitate retrieval of audit data and automate procedures to promote audit efficiencies.  Requirements:  Bachelor's degree; Professional license or certificate; 8-10 years of related work experience; Effective communication skills (oral and written). Thorough understanding of a scientific discipline (for example, economics, management, computer science). Experience auditing in distributed environments, auditing web-enabled applications and auditing check processing applications desirable.
