IT Business Analysis Consultant


?


As a Business Analysis Consultant for our Information Technology department, you will provide leadership and business analysis consulting to managers and internal business owners for large, complex projects.? Working collaboratively with business resources, the IT department, and business analysts, you will conduct needs assessments, direct the work of others involved in your projects, and resolve issues and problems related to project initiatives.? As a supervisor, you will coach and provide guidance to analysts and other project staff and will be involved in their performance evaluation.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems (or trade-off in related work experience) and 5 years of recent project-related work experience in project management, business analysis, process design, or technology development.? The candidate should have a demonstrated ability of effectively practicing the Requirements Management and Project Management methodologies in complex environments, along with knowledge of software development and design, business process modeling, and mathematical formulas and complex algorithms.? As a supervisor, you must have strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
