This position can be filled as an IT Business Analyst I, II, or Sr. depending upon the experience of the candidate.   Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Defines the functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates feature test strategies and environment needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Works with Application Developers to analyze and develop conceptual design of system components. Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. Participates in creating the logical data model. Coordinates the assignment of work to other Business Systems Analysts and reports on systems project status. Performs other duties as assigned. 

BA/BS in computer science or information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 4 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience preferred but not required.Pharmacy applications experience highly desired. Excellent analytical, PC and problem solving skills required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required. Health care experience strongly preferred.
