IT Change Management Project Manager

Our client is seeking a IT Change Management Project Manager. This person will report to the IT Business Operations Center and will manage the IT's readiness to change. This person will act as project manager on IT change initiatives, including providing Organizational Change Management support on large scale change initiatives. Individual will be responsible for:

*Consulting on large-scale change initiatives
*Assessing change impacts, identifying and resolving user acceptance issues, identifying and coordinating training and communication needs related to the change effort.
*Providing consulting support to various target teams actively engaged in process improvement projects.
*Consulting, identifying and recommending solutions to improve overall Organizational Change Management capabilities.
*Resolving complex problems and negotiating successful outcomes with stakeholders.

In order to qualify for this position:

*Bachelor's degree in education, organizational behavior, and/or information technology, or an equivalent.
*Minimum of 5 years experience in providing consulting support to senior management regarding organization change management and organization effectiveness needs at a strategic level.
*Broad knowledge of methodology and tools, including experience in designing and analyzing survey data.
*Experience developing Organizational Change Management project plans identifying detailed milestones and key deliverables.
*Experience in developing detailed project plans for training design, development and delivery.
*Demonstrated ability to lead, and/or participate on cross- functional teams and projects focused on a variety of change management issues.
