IT Communications/Database Specialist

 IT COMMUNICATIONS/DATABASE SPECIALIST

 

This position will be responsible for working with all members of the IS group, especially the Application Development staff, to consolidate and document all relevant system interfaces and processes. Tools to be documented include ENSR?s ERP System, Project Management System, and various Microsoft SQL databases.

 

This individual will utilize the documentation they develop to optimize current interfaces and operations and will serve as a resource for the entire IS group. Additional responsibilities will include providing End User Training, drafting internal policies and procedures, and drafting various IT communications to the organization and clients.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical writing and organizational skills, in addition to excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office productivity tools and Microsoft SQL or other relational database is preferred.

 

BS in related field preferred. IS Certifications are a plus. 

 

1-3 years experience in a similar role is preferable, but will consider qualified new graduates as well.
