Abound Resources' technology support solutions help community financial institutions optimize technology resources and improve their bottom line.
 
As a Consultant, you will participate in both small and large consulting projects for our community financial institution customers. You will be able to participate in a number of different types of projects including process redesign, operations efficiency, best practice implementation, technology assessment and planning, vendor selection, contract negotiations, technology implementation and compliance-related projects.

You will be trained on all of our methodologies and be supported by Research Analysts who will assist with vendor, product and industry research.

3-5 days a month travel is required.


QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree, solid PC skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills required. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision is a key requirement. Experience with bank technology, bank operations, IT consulting or project management preferred. Superb organization and multi-tasking skills required. A passionate and selfless commitment to customer service, motivation, enthusiasm, creativity and curiosity are required to serve our customers.
