IT Analyst ? Finance

 

In order to support the high priority projects and ongoing support and maintenance in the Finance area, a Business Analyst is needed.  This Business Analyst will also satisfy the long-term fundamental support and maintenance required for the financial systems.

 

The following is a time-analysis study for this position:

 

? Business Process Development, Implementation, and support 70%

?  Determine new process requirements/enhancements and map to system functionality.

?  Document System Functionality as related to processes.

?  Conduct Key User sessions to obtain validation of processes.

?  Work with Application Development and Web Development teams to provide an integrated solution.

?  Provide day-to-day support to the finance end users

 

? Communication 10%

?  Identify key communication points during the project and work with the Project Manager to report progress.

?  Identify key communication points with the end user and provide consistent and thorough information on status of issues, projects, requests, etc.

 

? End-User Training  10%

?  Prepare/compile End-User training materials

?  Conduct End-User Training

 

? Support Report Writing (Crystal)  10%

 

Skills we expect to acquire:

? Business Application process development and Implementation

? Knowledge of Baan Finance Systems, Processes and Controls

? Report Writing (preferably crystal reports)
