Silver State Helicopters is a full service commercial helicopter operator.  Currently our primary specialization is in flight training.  We operate 22 flight schools in 12 states and will be opening a number of new flight schools in the next year.  Our helicopter students receive superior training and graduates are often employed by the company as Certified Flight Instructors or Pilots for our other operations which include Aerial Tours, Aerial Photography, Executive Charters, Law Enforcement Air Support, Fire Fighting, Search and Rescue, Motion Picture and Television Support, External Load Lifting and Utility Work, Agriculture Support.  Silver State Helicopters is the fastest growing company in the rotorcraft industry in the world.

Responsibilities of this team include:

 Supporting 500+ end users by phone and e-mailBuilding and troubleshooting desktop PCs, printers, and networking equipmentDocumenting all support issues and working as a team to resolve end-user problemsOther tasks as required

 

 

Qualifications:

 1-2 years experience Demonstrated knowledge of everyday business applicationsWorking knowledge of pc repair
