Responsible for managing frontline IT helpdesk technicians on a daily basis to ensure quality service is delivered to business partners for Health Management Corporation (HMC).


Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:

Oversees project and program initiation, development, implementation and evaluation.
Manages and monitors daily performance metrics, adherence to timeliness and availability targets, customer escalations and survey results.
Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.

BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Professional IT designation preferred. 3 - 5 years professional/ leadership experience required. Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills required.
