IT Infrastructure Architect

Key Role: Take a hands-on role in spearheading IT infrastructure services in the government market. Maintain responsibility for defining high-level enterprise architecture for government intelligence community customers with a primary focus on translating customer business requirements to technology. Apply a deep industry knowledge, including trend analysis. Serve as a technical leader for proposal development and technical management of engineers and technologists. Lead the planning, development, and delivery of services. Develop an understanding of the government intelligence market and establish strong key relationships.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-15+ years of experience with commercial consulting or IT professional services delivery

-Experience with management at the CIO or CTO level

-Experience with enterprise architecture, enterprise application integration, networking and communications, security architecture, data center management and operations, and data migration

-Experience with leading IT governance discussions

-Experience with service-oriented architecture

-Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, including ITIL and COBIT

-Knowledge of federal enterprise architecture and the DoD Architecture Framework

-Knowledge of process improvement and quality methodologies, including Capability Maturity Model, Capability Maturity Model Integrated, and Six Sigma

 

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BA or BS degree in CS or Engineering required; MA or MS degree or MBA preferred

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
