? Manage a Local Service Center (LSC) within the IT Infrastructure organization

? Maximize business value and opportunities through the effective and relevant use of technology namely through effective alignment of IT investment with the needs and size of the business

? To achieve the most efficient operations providing highest business value through effective management of IT resources (people, financial resources, services)

? To develop an environment which fosters a high-performance and innovative organization

? To leverage global economies by shaping and supporting global IT direction and guidelines
