IT Infrastructure/Oracle Applications

Sweet Traditions, LLC, the owner and developer of Krispy Kreme restaurants in Chicago-IL, St. Louis-MO and Northwest Indiana seeks a strong Manager of IS to take the reins as the number one IS position in the organization.  Our organization has 650+ associates and is experiencing rapid growth.  Highly creative, fast paced, rapidly changing environment based in St Louis, Missouri.

 

?  Responsible for the Company?s IT strategic direction and managing the implementation, and maintenance of the Oracle Application Suite of Products

 

?  Also providing support and direction for company intranet retail networks

 

? Developing multi-year strategic business plan, capital and operating expense budgets and managing IT business to such plans and budgets

 

?  Ensure Oracle relationship and applications meet performance objectives and requirements

 

?  Maintain/support Point of Sale (POS) Systems in multi-unit retail stores

 

?  Supervision and development of IT employees

 

?  Management and ?hands-on? implementation of Information Services project initiatives, including Business Process Redesign

 

? Bid, negotiate, and maintain contracts (frame relay, telecommunications contracts, etc.) to reduce costs by working with vendors that provide services to the infrastructure team (Retail Data Systems, Southern DataCom, Southwestern Bell, etc.)

 

? Ensure high level of customer service with 24x7 On Call Support

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

?  Experience managing and supervising employees for an Information Services Department

 

?  Experience in multi-unit retail, multi-unit distribution or franchise restaurant with a $50 million company

 

? Ability to lead the design, acquisition, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle Applications

 

?  Oracle Applications Experience

?  Functional Support of Oracle Order Management/Inventory

?  Functional Support of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, Cash Management, GL)

?  Experience Supporting Oracle HRMS a plus

?  Experience with Oracle Applications Release 11.5.8

?  Experience developing reports using Oracle Reports 6i a plus

?  Experience developing reports using Oracle Discoverer a plus

?  Experience developing financial reports using Oracle?s Financial Statement Generator a plus

 

? Experience in maintaining/supporting Point of Sale (POS) Systems in multi-unit retail stores a plus

 

? Experience with Panasonic 5500 registers a plus

 

?  Experience with Manger Workstation POS Backoffice a plus

 

?  Project Management Experience, which is ?hands-on? for the implementation of IT initiatives

 

?  Business Process Redesign Experience and proven ability to work cooperatively with operations and finance/accounting functions

 

? Experience with 24x7 On-Call Support

 

? Customer Service Focused

 

?  Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills and ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
