IT Manager, ERP

Creative Labs, Inc. has an immediate opening in our Milpitas, CA facility for an IT Manager, ERP. The IT Manager will work closely with the Director of Information Technology. Duties include the following:

 

Responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating enterprise wide systems in functional areas including finance, distribution, marketing, etc.  Conducting and preparing feasibility studies for new data processing applications or revisions to existing systems.  Preparing system development cost estimates, benefit analysis, and schedules.  Preparing and presenting project proposals to management and user departments.  Establishing programming standards and program documentation requirements.  Reviewing current status of system applications and preparing recommendations for system improvements.  Monitoring design process and preparing reports on system projects.  Major activities include staff management, recruitment and retention; project management from initial concept to make it live within budget and timeline; developing and executing the procedure and group policy.

 

Requirements

 

Ideal candidate requires 5 plus years experience in both project management and business applications deployment. Direct experience in Oracle ERP, CRM, SCM support and implementation are essential. Strong business knowledge in finance, sales and distribution.  Excellent skills in communication, team-building, analytical and big picture thinking.  Experience in PL/SQL, data modelling and design, and UNIX administration is plus.  BS degree in MIS, computer science or equivalent.
