Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a group of technical employees. The individual should understand the software development lifecycle, and the technologies needed to improve that process, well enough to lay out a strategy and lead the group to implement that strategy.

The manager has responsibilities for support of development, test and production environments. This is a fast paced environment with support of production systems and many small and medium sized projects. This manager must be able to deal with changing priorities and be able to communicate the effect of those changes on scheduling.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
The candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. The candidate will have at least 5 years experience in one of the following areas and 2 or more years in at least one more area.

? A broad understanding of technology
? Programming (Java, 4GL, Scripting)
? Database Administration
? System Monitoring
? Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
? Business Systems (ERP, CRM, Web Sites ?.)
? Unix and Microsoft OS
? Networking
? Superior communication (verbal and written) skills
