PLEASE NOTE:  THIS IS NOT A "SALES" POSITION !!!!

 

Responsibilities

*Facilitate, coordinate, and manage the development and implementation of client program, acting as the primary contact to client, and all interacting internal development

*Serve as single point-of-contact for client and act as client role model/advocate

*Coordinate resources across departments (e.g. IT, Training, Operations, Finance, Legal) to meet client specifications and internal goals

*Will be responsible for managing between 5 to 7 accounts at any given time, providing excellent customer service to clients relating specifically to IT-related issues

 

Requirements

*Willingness to have heavy phone contact with both clients and internal contacts

*Knowledge of IT terminology as it relates to the creation of websites

*Knowledge of e-business, file transfers, FTP, secure environments

*MUST HAVE PROJECT MANAGER SKILLS RELATED TO IT IMPLEMENTATIONS!

*Bachelor's Degree preferred

*Excellent command of MSOffice software

*Marketing background a plus

*Knowledge of ACTS and GRAPHICS

*Ability to pass a criminal background check
