We are looking to add candidates to our practice who are passionate about IT delivery transformation. The successful candidates for this position will be responsible for:
?
- Coaching and training project teams on process improvement
- Creating methodology components by working with subject-matter experts
- Integrating available tools or creating new ones for practical and efficient project delivery
- Contributing towards RFIs (Request for Information) and proposals for potential clients

Senior Leads:
-
Manage and direct the largest and most complex assignments within and related to multiple proficiency areas, regularly demonstrate thought leadership, and leverage their significant experience base to lead complex projects and proficiency center initiatives.
- Applies significant management and leadership experience to ensure successful delivery of multi-focus proficiencies
- Demonstrates a strong orientation toward achievement;
- Leads project risk assessments and defines deliverable acceptance criteria; balances client needs and demands with operational capabilities of Firm
- Applies the appropriate consulting solution to support business objectives;? Manages development of best practices
- Ensures knowledge transfer is effectively followed through all phases of the project; Leads key aspects of proficiency center development
- Provides subject matter expertise and content for client proposals
- Seeks to leverage appropriate communication techniques in
diverse client settings
- Makes recommendations on the use of technology enablers and points of views, within multiple proficiencies; defining the costs and benefits to achieve business strategy;? Designs,develops and validates new strategies for clients??
Qualified candidates for this position also have the following skills and requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Executive presence and high energy level
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to make an impression on project teams
- Exposure to one or more of the following methodologies: CMM, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMBOK
- Experience in delivering IT projects using any SDLC methodology
- Experience in working with software delivery centers along with understanding of dynamics of remote software development is desirable
- A Bachelor's Degree and?10 - 15 years of related industry or consulting experience
- Willingness to travel to development centers and
client locations Monday - Friday. Travel expectation is 25%.
- Locations are Chicago, IL, Harrisburg, PA and Washington, DC. Other locations may be considered for exceptional candidates.
