IT Project Manager/Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION 
The IT Project Manager/Analyst is responsible for leading projects, using analytical and sound business judgment in order to recommend and implement system and/or process changes.  The IT Project Manager/Analyst will also assist with business case analysis, define the project?s objectives, develops a project plan, assesses risks and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.  Strong project management experience within an IT environment is a must. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

 

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years business experience in small to medium sized organizations.5-7 years business analysis experience and/or bachelors degree in related area5-7 years project management experienceExperience with sales, automated order-entry and financial systems preferred.Experience with CRM systemsExperience with Microsoft SQL, Oracle and other relational database solutions. Proficient in MS project Experience with data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling Experience designing solutions based on the needs of the organization.
