IT Regulatory Manager

Manage company wide Information Technology Regulatory compliance which includes:

(1)Sarbanes Oxley
- Manages the development of the Sarbanes-Oxley IT annual plan.  This includes evaluating risk, determining review locations, building and optimizing the control programs, and communicating to the IT organization planned steps and timing. This work is performed in conjunction with Finance Sarbanes-Oxley Team to ensure an integrated approach.

- Manages reviews and participate in performing review procedures, including (a) identifying and defining issues, (b) developing criteria/attributes, (c) reviewing and analyzing evidence, and (d) documenting processes, internal controls, test of internal control operational effectiveness and efficiency.

- Communicates overall status to executive management on a timely basis.  As well, provides results of reviews via written reports and oral presentations to location management on a timely basis.

- Manages Sarbanes-Oxley relationship with outside auditors and manages relationships with location personnel.

(2) Manages direct report and manages various individuals on a matrix basis.

(3) Ensure compliance to additional regulatory requirements such as Hippa.


EDUCATION:
College Degree in IT or Finance with certification as a CPA, CISA a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate seven plus years of IT experience including five years of IT audit experience.
