IT SUPPORT ANALYST 1

Facilitate the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology. Actively resolve day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes, dissecting problems and suggesting solutions, including complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation.

 

Facilitate communication between business units and IT to negotiate agreements and commitments. Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.

 

Participate in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions. Identify, propose, and influence client business solutions.

 

This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.

 

Requirements: 

 Technical writing skills (required, 5 years) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required, 5 years) Flow Charting (desired, 3 years) Exposure to technical environments (required, 3 years) FrameMaker (nice to have) SnagIT (nice to have) Adobe Writer (desired)
