We are looking for an IT Sales Manager to manage and lead our highly successful Sales Teams in Jasper, IN and Louisville, KY.  Duties consist of, but are not limited to, implementing strategies to develop, promote, integrate, and communicate to the Sales Team the technology and services.  Driving controlled growth of sales and gross margins to meet or exceed personal and Sales Team goals by ensuring the execution of initiatives.  Ensure operational excellence of this department and be responsible for Team Member certification and completion of on-going education of new products.

 

The professional we seek will have a high energy level with great communication and managerial skills and thrive on multiple challenges.  High School diploma is required, Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.  Requires a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the industry.  This individual must also exhibit the ability to achieve and maintain effective and productive working relationships with management, sales team members, customers, and others encountered during the scope of this position.
