Position Description:

Description:
- Provide enhancements and support for new internal quoting system
- Conduct use case sessions with business teams
- Solicit requirements and design technical solutions to satisfy business process
- Implement solutions by direct coding or interfacing with external contractor resources
- Direct test script development and testing efforts Identify new enhancements and present to process leads
- Manage small to midsize projects within the quoting system structure

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years professional experience in the area of Information Systems
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or I/T-related discipline
- Experience with and knowledge of: JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, Object Oriented Methodologies
- Hands-on experience with relational database design Project management skills with a proven track record of execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of and ability to participate in all phases of the systems development life cycle

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Experience managing contracted resources
- Experience with BEA Workbench
- Healthcare or insurance industry I/T experience, group benefits experience a plus
