IT Support Analyst

CDI is looking for an IT Support Analyst to work for one of our clients in Largo, FL on a full-time, permanent basis.  This candidate will be implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the operational systems supporting the delivery, maintenance, and exchange of information by and between all corporate employees and authorized agents. Duties will include acquiring, installing, and configuring software and hardware, maintaining Operating Systems including patches and updates, maintaining hardware including client computer repairs, providing software support for authorized computer applications, and providing telecom support for corporate employees.  They additionally will be providing user administration for network access, internal and external e-mail accounts, and secure WWW access via the Internet.

 

Required Skills: 3+ years IT Experience; 2+ years Windows or UNIX/Linux Experience; 2 year degree.

 

Desired Skills: MCSE; 4 year degree and/or industry certifications
