The right candidate will be seasoned and have at minimum a two-year degree and experience in SQL database and query, database skills, project management, Cold Fusion, DreamWeaver, business web development, VBScripting, Microsoft .net, and installing hardware and software, This senior-level position requires a thorough knowledge of core IT networking technologies. Candidate must have the skills and competency to build, support and maintain a network infrastructure consisting of application servers, LAN/WAN, routers, switches and firewalls, and resolve hardware and software network issues in a timely, accurate manner. Essential Job Functions:Supports, administers and maintains servers in the FYI Messaging domain to include: file and print servers running Windows 2003 Server; database servers running Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005; email servers running and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Supports, administers and maintains the FYI Network and manage network availability, including: switches, routers, firewall and other equipment; DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, etc.; security, intrusion prevention & detection; user access permissions, accounts, and passwords Administration of email and associated systems including email stores, mailboxes, web-based email, and SSL certificates. Manage FTP services including user accounts and drive space Manage Internet and domain services Manage IT Disaster Recovery operations in coordination with Database Administrator including: managing tape rotation, test restores, offsite and remote backups, Laptop/desktop backup and imaging. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

 

Core Competencies:Proficient in networking technologies, installing hardware and software. Server Support for MS Exchange and other portable communication devices Experience in supporting application servers and databases. Monitor the network for performance.

Technical Skills Required:

?   All MicroSoft Office Applications and Back Office application

Qualifications:Two-year degree in Business Administration Experience in SQL database, database skills, Project Management, Cold Fusion, Dreamweaver, business web development, VBScripting, SQL query and Microsoft .net Experience in IT, networks, installing hardware and software
