IT Systems Manager

Well-established, progressive battery terminal and fishing sinker manufacturer is seeking a candidate to provide company with strategic IT leadership. Position is responsible to insure maxim efficiency and end-user satisfaction by developing and implementing creative technological solutions using system capabilities to facilitate process tracking and improvements. Position will also be accountable for the hands-on internal support and maintenance of company ERP system to insure consistent operation and maximum utilization. Short term, candidate will participate in the selection and implementation of new ERP system in the short term.

 

Candidate must have:

 

? Strong knowledge and experience in relational Databases, Networks and Operating systems

? 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with IT leadership responsibilities and experience with mid level ERP system.

? Proven experience identifying and implementing creative IT solutions to support manufacturing needs.

? Previous participation on ERP selection and/or implementation team preferred.

? Ability to interface and influence both upward and downward within the organization.

? BS degree (Computer Science preferred)

? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with discipline to a detail orientation balanced with the ability to keep focused on the big picture.
