IT Team Lead, ERP

CITY: Boca Raton STATE: Florida COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Lead ERP architecture review process for various implementations.

* Research and present technical recommendations/solutions to IT management and technical peers for ERP related solutions/bolt-ons.

* Lead the System Administration team supporting ERP instances, provide technical guidance and drive the group to rationalize the various ERP instances and tools.

* Oversee overall activities of ERP support team such as: ERP application monitoring, system configuration management, environment tuning for optimal performance, sizing, backup, recovery, security, version control, problem-resolution tracking, software upgrades & planning, share best practices and communicate benefits of Emerging Technologies.

* Hands-on work with Application teams and Data Center, Server, and Support Operations to build & support a robust & flexible systems architecture, infrastructure & tools. Utilizing quality tools and training in daily work and analysis, Analyzing manual & automated processes for improvements, reengineering and migration to modern technological platforms and leading task force projects.

* Establish QA rigor in all aspects of development and ensure adherence to GES program management methodology.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related discipline.

* Ten years of Information Technology experience with a variety of hardware and software disciplines with at least three+ years job-relevant experience.

* Demonstrated experience in successful implementations of technology addressing business needs.

* Demonstrated experience in working with outside resources to provide technology solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

* GB Certification.
