ITE Senior Associate

Job Description -- ·Support portions/work streams of ITE engagements
?Support activities to develop and maintain client relationships
?Leverage staff appropriately and contribute to staff development
?Contribute to sales through identification of engagement add-on opportunities
?Support practice development and intellectual capital development efforts

Education Required

Minimum of five years of progressive professional experience evaluating, delivering, and / or managing in a complex IT environment(s)
?Extensive industry knowledge within one of healthcare (payer or provider), life sciences or biotechnology. Other industries will also be considered.
?Bachelors degree required
?Advanced degree / certification (e.g., MBA or Advanced Technology Degree) preferred

Job Requirement Essential

?Ability to work directly with middle to senior management as well as employees throughout client organizations
?Ability to develop IT solutions with that incorporate parallel project management, process improvement, and other business advisory initiatives
?Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work with a diverse team, develop staff, manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships, etc.
?Experience in analyzing performance metrics, risks, and controls
?Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities
?Strong project management skills
?Proven ability to interpret information gathered, and develop and present (orally and in writing) sound business conclusions
?Group facilitation, presentation, and teaching skills
?Moderate to in-depth experience in one or more of the following IT specialty areas with working knowledge in the remaining areas:

?Delivery-Focused Senior will have:

oProven ability to successfully manage (day-to-day basis) IT projects having limited complexity (i.e., delivered on time/budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations) and lead significant work streams within larger, more complex engagements
oAbility to assist in the selling process as a subject matter expert and contribute to the development of detailed project scope/deliverable design and workplans

?Business Development-Focused Sr Associate will have:

oAbility to assist with client development efforts and help manage client relations during the business development process
oAbility to design deliverables and proposals that address client needs (incl., scoping work products that meet or exceed client expectations)
oAbility to develop new business, primarily by leveraging client relationships on existing engagements? Minimum of five years of progressive professional experience evaluating, delivering, and / or managing in a complex IT environment(s)
?Extensive industry knowledge within one of healthcare (payer or provider), life sciences or biotechnology. Other industries will also be considered.
